7-8 grade student council members are having a great time at the OAMJHSC State Leadership Convention in Poteau, OK. They are bringing home hardware for State Honor Council earned during 2022-23 school year. We are so proud of them for the leadership and service our student council continues to exhibit year after year.

The 8th graders enjoyed an array of short stories and poems performed by Chamber Theatre Productions at OCCC. We read the stories prior to watching the performances. The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras County by Mark Twain was the favorite of the class.

Second grade had a super fun week. Started the week off with the ElReno Fire Department learning about fire safety and ended the week with a field trip to Chester's Party Barn.
